The story begins with Lyra Belacqua who lives in a parallel world in which human souls take the form of animal companions known as daemons. The Gobblers have kidnaped many children, including Lyra’s friend. She vows to save her friend and the others. The movie stars Dakota Blue Richards, Nicole Kidman, and Daniel Craig.

#8: The Nutcracker and the Four Realms

Yes, it is a Disney movie. It’s the updated version of the classical ballet. Clara, a young girl, who holds a box containing a gift lacks the magic to unlock it. She follows a gold thread that takes her to a mysterious world where she meets the Nutcracker.

#9: Goosebumps 2

It’s a Netflix original comedy. It’s a story of two school teenagers Bennet and Lona who have been spurred on by their mothers. They consider each other rival for years. Because of their competitive nature, they are unable to work together when they become co-captain of the high school debate team at school.
